3 needs – 1 Performance Engineer and 2 Test Leads

 

Position: Performance Test Engineer

Location: Plymouth, MN

Duration: 6 Months

 

This position is for a performance test engineer.
Experience 8+ years of performance test experience.
Ability to establish a performance test strategy and approach
Ability to develop performance test plans, scripts and supporting data needs
Ability to execute, monitor and analyze performance test results and bring forth performance recommendations
Ability to coordinate performance test execution across multiple applications
Ability to coordinate performance test execution with corporate / enterprise teams
Extensive knowledge of Load Runner and Quick Test Pro scripting capabilities
Ability to communicate performance test environment needs to enterprise infrastructure teams
Ability to work within very challenging project schedules and maintain planned performance test cycles
Good communication skills
Ability to document results and translate them into presentation materials / status dashboards for business use and understanding.
Ability to work off-hours to support the performance test execution cycles

  

Position: QA Lead

Location: Plymouth, MN

Duration: 6 Months

Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
Requirements:
7-10 Years QA Experience
QA Lead Experience, ability to lead large scale quality assurance projects
Test Planning
Test Case Preparation
Test Execution
Quality Center Experience
Automated Test Tool Experience
Quality Assurance Metrics Reporting Experience
Ability to Lead Daily Quality Assurance Review Meetings
Communication skills / verbal and written
