- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience with .NET with C#.
- 3+ years hands-on development experience with BizTalk Server 2010
- Experience in full SDLC
- Working Knowledge of SQL Server 2003/2006/2008 functions

Agile methodology experience - a plus
-SOA experience - a plus
