Keep looking for a functional/technical payroll consultant with PTO Accrual plan experience. Client has realized that their requirements are more functional than technical, their need is configuring the PTO Accrual components in the application.
We need to design and configure a PTO accrual plan for a Canadian company we just acquired. Functional aspects are an understanding Canadian practices related to PTO accruals and ability to configure needed elements and plan structures in the application. Technical aspects are building the needed reports once the elements, plan structure, and data are in place.
