US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs Only  6+ Months CA

Setup system monitoring applications including CA Wily Introscope

Setup Connection Monitoring

Setup End-User Experience Monitoring, BI-Monitoring, and PI-Monitoring

Setup and configure SAP Technical Analytics functionality (Interactive Reporting and Standard Dashboards)

Configure Central System Administration

Document the processes and train users on Solution Manager capabilities.

Subject Matter Expert Level with SolMan 7.1

Proven Implementation Experience with ITSM

Strong Basis Support Experience

SolMan 7.1 experience is an absolute requirement.

Proven experience configuring Managed Systems

Strong Experience Monitoring Technical Systems
