4-6 Years' experience in supporting Email Archive Infrastructure (Symantec Enterprise Vault and Discovery Accelerator)
4-6 Years troubleshooting experience on Email Archive server-related issues
Strong troubleshooting skills on Symantec Enterprise Vault
Strong skills with Email Archive reporting tools
Strong skills with performance analysis of Email Archive systems
Strong skill with SQL skills to perform ad hoc reporting, troubleshooting and updates
Intermediate / Strong with Visual Basic scripting skills for Email Archive environment

• Over all experience of engineer as highlighted above with Basic Knowledge of Exchange 2010

• Basic / Intermediate troubleshooting skills with Border Security products (Proofpoint/IronPort/BrightMail/Mailchannels)
• Experience with SMTP & Sendmail MTA
• Experience with Linux
