Position: PSFT HCM Developer 

Role: Technical

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 6-9 months+

Skills:  PeopleSoft Time and Labor, PeopleSoft Core HR Experience (Years) 8-10

 

-HRMS/HCM experience (Payroll, ESS, MSS, Benefits, and recruitment modules)

-Strong knowledge of North America payroll (Mainframes), Time & Labor, self-service, and Core HR

-Basic knowledge on administration, diverse environments, migrations, disaster recovery, and maintenance process.

-Strong technical skills on PeopleTools

-Strong knowledge of SQR with exposure to upgrades and applying bundles.

-Software engineering and implementing packaged applications preferred

- Medium-sized project management and technical leadership experience preferred.

- Familiarity in working within, and defining, a structured project delivery methodology.

- Ability to facilitate and perform business and application requirement gathering sessions.

- Ability to work with infrastructure personnel on platform requirements and installation procedures

-Strong troubleshooting skills.
