14.Documentation & Ticket Handling
15.JDE system administration ( User id creation/Access grant/ SOD Violation Check)
16.ITIL Training/Certification
Good-to-Have
1.Knowledge of JDE system administration with both function & technical skills.
2.Good Communication skills
3.Remedy ticket handling process

SNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1Understands the business processes and need to work on technical issues coordinating with client. Understanding of support issues.
2Involve in client discussions
3Onsite – offshore coordination
4Testing  & Reporting
