Job Title: Build & Release Engineer

Location: Glendale, AZ

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

·         Experienced in code configuration management along with developing and maintaining build and deployment processes for Java based multi-tiered applications.

·         Manage existing release process from development hand off to QA to deployment into Production.

·         Identify and assist in design/implementation of necessary build tools to increase release efficiency; implement various automated solutions.

·         Administer, manage, and maintain source control system (SVN).
Own builds, pre-release activities and all documentation associated with them.

·         Implement release deployment standards; troubleshoot and fix compilation or build script issues.

·         Architect and design a proper build, release and revision environment.

·         Act as a liaison between QA, application development, and operations.

·         Advocate new tools and processes to continuously improve build and source control efficiency.

·         Experience on source control tools like SVN (subversion).
