ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are typical for this role. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Provide SAP functional support to all Mach1 Reporting solution Ensure Mach1 Reporting solution availability is at or above committed service levels. Analyze Mach1 Reporting issues logged with Help Desk in accordance with client SLA Coordinate Mach1 Reporting issues and monitor issue resolution in partnership with Mach1 Reporting Business Object expert and Mach1 users Involvement in SAP BW and EDW Support Pack or Upgrade testing Liaise with Mach1 End Users relating to issue status in accordance with SLA Ensure client and support center documentation are maintained Support RIW conducted for Lived Sites for process improvement or issue resolution Enhancement or Project Work Actively participate in project charter, project plan and proposal development Liaise with Mach1 Template Solution Leads and/or PPO to gain approval on propose report design & solution Lead the requirement gathering, blueprinting and realization test phase of the reporting project Participate in reporting solution cost estimate along with Mach1 Template Solution Lead, Mach1 BICC team and other team involved Participate in Reporting solution SIT, UAT and BIT testings

QUALIFICATIONS

The following generally describes the knowledge and ability required to enter the job and/or be learned within a short period of time in order to successfully perform the assigned duties. Specific SAP Skill Requirements: Strong SAP application and configuration experience in at least one of the modules below: SAP MM Material Management SAP WM Warehouse Management Knowledge of SAP BW report capability Knowledge of SAP Business Object suite of report tools Knowledge of SAP table or data structure link to report requirement

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is considered qualifying. Bachelors degree from an accredited College or University Major course work in supply chain, information technology or a related field. May be required to accommodate irregular work hours including evenings and weekends and on call rotations.

Mach1 Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) Reporting Functional Analyst Job Description

Mach1 Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) Reporting Functional Analyst will be part of Mach1 BICC Reporting team. This Reporting Functional Analyst will provide SAP IM/WM functional knowledge, SAP BW knowledge and other related SAP reporting skill-set. The functional areas coverage spans SAP MM & WM modules end-to-end functionalities. (Job scope/responsibilies may change in future based on enterprise business needs or in respond to Mach1 program direction.) Under general direction, the Reporting Functional Analyst will deliver reporting solutions for break fix support requests, Reporting solution query and service requests related to the Mach1 Reporting solution. The Reporting Functional Analyst will also be involved in approved Multi-Generation Product-Process Planning (MGPP) enhancements that have been approved for both major & interim releases. Activities may include:

Evaluate standard SAP report against custom Analytic Report solution Creating Functional designs for SAP data extraction Perform data validation as part of SIT and UAT participate in report testing and validation In partnership with the Mach 1 Template Solution Leads, Mach1 Functional Report Analyst will: Research, develop and propose data extraction design/solution Research, assess and recommend Analytic Reporting solution
