Rate : $65/hr on C2C

 

Must-haves
4+ years of PeopleSoft Functional analytical experience
Strong Benefits background
Experience with the PeopleSoft module - HCM (Human Capital Management)

 

Plusses

 

Day-to-Day
Work with the University of Wisconsin Team Lead and members to:
Develop and update Knowledge Base Training Documents
Review and document current business process workflows
Analyze, and propose, new guidelines to current and future processes
Perform data analysis to identify root cause of issues
Identify and make requests for configuration changes with IT staff
Work with staff to create SQL queries
Help test and migrate reports in to production environment in PeopleSoft
Update issues dashboard with any identified new Benefits issues
Create training materials
Test production data
Automate what are now manual entry processes

The consultant will facilitate/complete the following benefits team deliverables:
Document Knowledge Base Documents
As‐Is Process Documentation
Future State Business Process Documentation
Automation of Manual Processes
Implement System Changes
Identify Root C! ause of Issues
