2.    Microsoft Excel, Presentation and Word knowledge
3.    Knowledge of Oracle Apps project implementation are must skills for this PM

Roles & Responsibilities    :   
1.    Effective communication skills
2.    Good presentation skills
3.    Should be able to thread through different teams within the organization and executing various meetings.
4.    Should have good experience in working in a diverse environment
5.    Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
6.    Work to increase periodic report generation efficiency with the company's finance functions

Generic Managerial Skills    :   
1.    Must possess strong business analysis
2.    Excellent communication skills, must be very self-motivating and take ownership of responsibilities
3.    Must be willing to take new challenges
