Regular Duties Include:
Design, creates and executes automation scripts using TFS Test Manager
Review customer requirements, use cases, user stories, and functional requirements Instruct developers on best practices so that automation goals can be achieved
Assist with manual testing; create and execute manual test cases and scripts for products under development using test management/tracking tools
Review manual test cases for the relevant application and provide feedback on suitability for automation to the project team
Support, maintain, and enhance all test case automation related activities during iterative development, system testing, regression testing, and post production testing
Participate in creation and maintenance of test plans, cases, scenarios/scripts, in compliance with defined QA standards and methodologies
Establish and configure testing environments for executing test cases and scenarios
Participate in the development, deployment, and administration of QA process, tools, and supporting technologies
Assist in developing quality strategy - including process, metrics, and controls, utilizing TFS as the primary platform, assuring appropriate test coverage in accordance with standardized

Job Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) or Automation Testing of a large portfolio of high-traffic websites and multi-tier internet systems
Hands on experience with automated testing tools, Microsoft Test Manager.
Experience working with Agile Methodologies with frequent release cycles
Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering design principles, QA testing tools, processes and best practices
Knowledge of the Microsoft toolset (TFS, MTM, Visual Studio)
Experience with software development using .Net framework, C#
Desired Skills:
Fluent in English language - skilled in written and oral communications
Skilled in establishing effective interpersonal relationships
Able to work independently, under general supervision and as a part of a team, on several concurrent tasks with changing priorities
Education
Undergraduate degree;

Typically requires 8 yrs experience without degree; 4 yrs experience with Undergraduate degree; 5 yrs experience with Graduate Degree
