Work Summary
· The candidate filling this Senior Developer role will be responsible for working with the Enterprise Solutions Design team and development leads in the Administration, development and full scale implementation of a BizTalk implementation of an enterprise service bus solution.
· Candidate will work with other applications teams to identify and implement services and interfaces to both internal and external systems in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
· Work as part of an Enabling Technology & Services team in the design of complex business services focusing on BizTalk technology
· Will be responsible for writing technical specifications/use cases/test plans, coding, mentoring other developers, conducting internal testing efforts.
· The candidate is expected to demonstrate technical expertise, addressing problems related to BizTalk administration, development, configuration, performance, systems integration, monitoring and BAM.
· Will demonstrate expertise in a variety of development technologies, practices, and procedures, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals. .Net experience highly desired.
· Experience with web service development highly desired. Experience with Enterprise Shared Services is desired.
· Will be responsible for adhering to IT's SDLC methodology
Experience:
· The ideal candidate must have at least 6 to 8 years of progressively diverse analysis, development, and testing experience. The person must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with the responsibilities outlined above.
The candidate must have significant experience with technologies listed below:
• BizTalk Development and Administration
• BAM
• BizTalk Configuration and tuning
• BizTalk services orchestration
• B2B integrations
• BizUnit testing
• C# development
• Web technologies
• .Net Development experience
• Web service development experience
• Relational Databases
• SSIS, SSRS and SSAS skills desirable
The candidate must also have:
• Good interpersonal skills in order to interact with clients and
other technical staff.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
