- Strong programming skills in Visual Basic 6 and ASP, including the use of program "Classes", creation of DLL's, Windows API Programming

 - Basic knowledge about Windows Programming Strong knowledge in SQL Server databases, PL/SQL, ADO.NET Networking/LANs, TCP/IP protocol Skilled in database design, business analysis, requirements capturing and technical specification

 - Should have good analytical skills

 - Ready to work in shift Co-ordination with offshore

 - Need to do the documentation of the automated model prepared using scripting.

 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills"
