· Minimum ten (10) years of current and hands-on experience required
· Ability to analyze, and design solutions, compliant with Freddie Mac's Enterprise Architecture, as part of planning activities
· Experienced in Secondary Mortgage Market and Financial Systems required.
· Experience with Agile methodology and practices preferred
