Performance Test Lead
Work Location :Denver
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 3 yrs
Technical/Functional Skills : Load Runner, Solid testing background with experience in Performance Testing
Experience Required 5-6 years
Roles & Responsibilities : Participate with a Core of Excellence team to evaluate and tune products running within IBM technologies.
Mentor and consult with development teams on efficiencies in tuning java code, flows, and rules. Mentor and consult with architecture, infrastructure, and development to implement solutions that perform and scale to expectations.
Consult with operational, engineering, and development teams in the investigation of root cause of issues in the IBM platforms.
Design and develop complex common technical services and components that are exposed across the enterprise in a highly resilient and performing manner.
Experience analyzing and tuning JVMs and garbage collectors
Proven troubleshooting and platform analysis abilities
Proven ability to tune IBM platforms such as (WAS, WMB, WODM, WMQ, and DataPower)
Proven ability to evaluate technical designs and java code to identify performance issues
Generic Managerial Skills : Good Communication Skills who can grow the account. Good customer exposure and coordination skills
Past experience performance testing in large operations is a plus. Loadrunner skills is a must. Good communications, planning and organization skills. Able to function independently or with little supervision. Experience in Linux and windows systems.
The roles requires working closely with development and my Sr Performance Engineers in creating performance test plans, scripting, test execution, analysis, troubleshooting and remediation
