Hi All, we are looking for a "Java J2ee Lead" with heavy experience on Spring framework

Location : Bloomington, IL
Duration : 6 months contract


REQUIRED:  

·         Significant experience in Object Oriented Programming, Java / J2EE and web service development.  
Hands-on experience in Spring and all Spring related tools.  
Good understanding of java design patterns.  
Experience in coding Maven projects, JSP, Servlets, HTML 5, eclipse plug-ins.  
Experience in using Tomcat or equivalent servers.  Experience in using build tool like Hudson / Jenkins.    
At least 4 years experience with Object Oriented Programming and java application development and support.  
At least 4 years experience in web service implementation.
 2 to 4 years of experience spring and eclipse tools, Tomcat or equivalent servers.    
Java /J2EE and/or Web Service development Certification Desirable    

 

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALITIES:  
Experience in access management implementation (i.e. login, registration)  
Strong customer service and results focus  
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.  
Strong problem resolution and decision making skills.  
Working both independently and in a team environment  
Ability to handle competing priorities.

Sound decision-making ability regarding matters of moderate to high complexity and importance  
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex problems logically and systematically   Self-motivated;
Ability to work independently on matters of moderate to high complexity and importance with only broad direction.  High technical aptitude
