Maple Grove, MN or Roseland, NJ

 

1. Strong project management and process review / re-engineering skills with prior experience  

2. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

3. Detail oriented            

 

1. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, and an ability to work well under deadlines, with attention to detail

2. Excellent administration skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

3. Extremely analytical , detail oriented and diligent.

4. High level ownership and responsibility

5.Team player with strong listening, consultative, influencing and communication skills

6. Outstanding interpersonal skills

Exp: 6+

               

 

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate subject matter expert resources to review and assess the data to determine the disposition

Coordinate with records retention team, technology workstreams and functional workstreams

Keep overall inventory

Track and report progress

Escalate resource constraints or other issues as they arise

Obtain validation/sign-off for migration approach

Assist Project managers in overall management of the Integration program

Additional Responsibilities would include:

Assisting with overall and detailed project schedule creation and updates

Coordinate resources

Coordinate weekly status reporting

Collection and management of project issues, stakeholder approvals and sign offs, project plans, stakeholder communications
