Job Description - Technical/Techno Functional  HRMS Consultant
 Should have minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Oracle Applications R12 HRMS modules (Core HR, SSHR, CWB, OTL)
 Mandatory skill set but not limited to - SQL, PL/SQL, XML Reports, AOL, Shell scripts, WEB ADI's
 Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS table structures, API's, Schemas, Oracle open interfaces.
 Preferred but not Mandatory skill set - OAF, Workflow
 Must have the ability to articulate ideas, written and verbal, to technical and non- technical internal and external professionals     Job Description - Technical/Techno Functional  HRMS Consultant
