J2ee Architect/Tech Lead
Work Location Minneapolis, MN
Duration 8 Months
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
Ø Must have strong team facilitation and management skills
Ø Must be self-sufficient/self-starter
Ø Must work well with little direction/takes initiative
Ø Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and structured software development methodologies
Ø Strong hands on knowledge of J2ee technologies(Java,Spring, REST, JSon)
Ø Good experience with test automation preferably with Selenium
Ø Ability to Code and deliver the tasks independently
Ø Experience working with application servers like Weblogic, tomcat
Ø Knowledge on XML,XSDs and programing experience processing xml documents
Ø Experience in supporting application Deployments, Source control management and administrating builds using tools like Jenkins, Cruise Control
Ø Experience with Agile and Test Driven Development
Ø Experience in Architect role
Ø Monitor the work progress and resolve road blocks in getting iteration delivery
Ø Excellent communication skills
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills
Ø eCommerce and retail experience
