Successful candidates for this position will design, develop and implement new multi-tiered application functionality for a treasury application. The candidate will also maintain existing code while adhering to appropriate coding standards, software development methodologies and process flows.
Responsibilities include:
• Work in collaborative team environment with Developers, Business Analysts and Product Managers to ensure successful implementations of new functionality and services.
• Review technical high level designs, lead detailed designs and software implementation, participate in design reviews and code reviews, ensure unit testing and integration testing, facilitate code delivery to multiple environments and resolve operational issues.
• Work with QA and provide support and timely technical resolutions for defects.
• Setup, tune, and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed.
• Adhere to established coding standards and adopt to the software development methodologies in compliance with the established SDLC process flow.
Requirements:
• Experience and hands-on on one of the following products: Oracle ATG Commerce, Commerce Service Center (CSC), Endeca
•Experience Manager or Page Builder Development experience on an Oracle ATG platform is a major plus
•Experience with Oracle 10g/11i
•Knowledge of XML/XSL/XSD
•Good understanding of Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, RESTful)
•Understanding of build processes and tools (ANT, Maven, automated builds, continuous builds)
•Source control processes & tools (Perforce, Subversion, code branching) is a plus
•Experience working on system integrations (particularly third-party systems such as OMS, search, ERP, payment)
•Experience with enterprise application integration (EAI) frameworks
•Knowledge of system architecture, system sizing and/or J2EE components
•Experience in high volume, high transactional, and hosted application environment
•Experience in Linux/Unix environments
•Experience with SQL
•7+ years of information systems experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Masters Preferred
•Excellent technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical
•Experience architecting, designing, and developing high performing retail eCommerce business solutions is highly preferred
Additional Requirements:
•Oracle ATG Developer experience
