Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills         
•8 to 10 years of experience in the field of BPM
• Creation of Enterprise Decision Services
• Assessment of Operations Decision Management Requirements
• Decision Points analysis and Creation of Rule Book and Fact Models
• Architecture and designing Enterprise Decision services
• Creation of Roadmap, Governance process for BRMS, Establishing Maturity Model and Center Of Excellence
• Integration of HIX, NMS and ME along with CDM
•  Conducting Proof of Technology, Proof of Concept with tools such as IBM ILOG JRules (7.x, 8.x), ODM, FICO- Blaze Advisor, Drools
• Enterprise level Decision Services Creation,  Components and Application Architecture, BRMS maturity Models, Establishing Center Of excellence for Business Rules  and created component Integration Roadmap
• Assessment of Operations Decision Support System(ODSS) Requirements, Components, application architecture, BRMS needs and create component Integration Roadmap
Roles and responsibility           • Providing technical expertise related to BPM and Business Rules Management System; BRMS components, Standards and Best practices
• Leading and conducting ODSS-BRMS research and assessment activities
• Leading and supporting Prototype Activities and POC including creation of SOWs, installation and Evaluation of BRMS products such as "ILOG-JRules" , "Blaze Advisor" , Drools and other Expert Systems shells  and Knowledge based systems with Hands-on
• Support the creation of the ODSS Component Integration Roadmap by providing BRMS functional and technical expertise
• Leading Architecture review, Providing Strategic Technology directions, mentoring team members and work with Business, IT, SME Groups and conducting brain storm sessions for the possible strategic solutions and scopes
• Leading, Owning and be the Senior Technology Resource for all phases of ODSS-BRMS applications
