Mandatory Technical Skills    Strong in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet,CSS, HTML,JavaScript, JSON,Jquery, Apache Tomcat, Web architecture,LDAP, Site minder
Desirable Technical Skills    Adobe CQ, Sling, OSGi (a plus)
Total Experience Required    8 to 10 Yrs
Mandatory skills - ECM or Adobe CQ experience
Skills:
Solution Architect: 
•Minimum 8+ years of web development experience
•Excellent knowledge of Adobe CQ 5.5/5.6 Technology stack, OSGi architecture and specification. Minimum 2 years of experience
Comprehensive experience developing components, pages, bundles utilizing Adobe CQ 5
Strong understanding of JAVA, JSP, CRX, JCR, Felix, OSGi and other technologies involved in deploying solutions based on the Adobe CQ framework
Strong understanding of front-end technologies and libraries including JQuery, ExtJS, JSON
•Experience in web technologies: HTML, CSS, Jquery, Ajax
•Excellent knowledge in the installation and configuration of Adobe CQ
•Strong understanding of design and coding across all tiers in n-tier application development frameworks
•Translate business requirements into technical implementation within the confines of the Adobe CQ framework
•Provide technical guidance and assistance to fellow development team members
•Must possess interpersonal, group discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
•Strong organizational and prioritization skills

 Understanding of the link between business needs and application technology
 Work well in a multidiscipline team environment providing leadership in areas of expertise
 Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
