SAP Basis Consultant
Assist in CRM Enhancement Pack and Support Pack project implementation and support.
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Duration: 12+ months

This is a role for a Senior Basis analyst with an emphasis on CRM Basis administration skills. Oracle database experience is a plus.
The candidate must have experience working with a global team and be willing to participate in global conference calls at hours outside of the normal work day. The candidate must also be willing to manage a varied portfolio of tasks that include installing and configuring SAP software, as well troubleshooting system problems.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Upgrade the db from Oracle 10G to 11G
• Upgrade the system kernel to the current version
• Install support packs and Ehp's to current versions
• Ability to apply Enhancement Packs and Support Packs on a CRM environment.
• Ability to apply Enhancement Packs and Support Packs to a J2EE environment.
• Participate in regression test resolution and performance tuning.
• Perform SAP administration tasks (system messages, SAP Office, system logs, etc.)
• Provide documentation and SAP notes on installation and upgrades of each of the SAP systems.
• Log problems with OSS.
• Apply SAP Patches and Fixes if needed.
• Ability to work independently without assistance.
