Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of Lotus Notes databases, including tasks related to permissions, identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issue resolution/escalation
Design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document programming to satisfy business requirements
Meet project deadlines and deliverables
Develop reporting and related business intelligence activities
Share necessary information through clear and concise communication, partnering with product owner, developers and infrastructure support
