Terms of Reference
(Work to be performed)Oracle Developer /Analyst III The Application Database Developer has responsibility for the development and implementation of the BI Work Program database deliverables he/she will be assigned. The selected candidate should have good experience in writing PL SQL Programs, debugging existing applications and performance tuning. He/she should have a strong foundation on the Database administration concepts, Oracle scheduling and message queues and worked in one full implementation of future state MDM architecture. In addition, he/she will have data modeling responsibilities as it pertains to the needs of the BI Work Program. Required: Oracle development experience with the following core skill set :

8+ years of PL SQL programming
8+ years of strong working experience in Analyzing, Designing, Developing, Deploying and Post Production phases
Experience with data storage and retrieval
Experience in dealing with Master Data Management (MDM) architecture/development process with at least 1 full-cycle MDM software implementation
Should have experience one or more of Informatica MDM, Oracle MDM, SAP MDM (ideally Informatica)
Thorough understanding of dimensional modeling, modeling for reporting applications, normalization techniques, forward-engineering and reverse-engineering techniques.
Thorough understanding of data integration, data virtualization, data federation and database design techniques.
Experience in working in
Able to understand the Logical Level for the data domains involved in the project
Able to understand the Physical Data Model Level & its specific requirements
Experience with Job Scheduling
