Job Title: Hyperion Developer

Location: Tampa, FL

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

·         Hyperion IR Reports Monitoring (daily/weekly/monthly)

·         Fix any reporting issues / Report Rerun / Reschedule Scheduled Reports related to Hyperion IR

·         Perform High level Root Cause Analysis  to identify if it is related to Hyperion IR and Detailed Root Cause Analysis if the problem is specific to Hyperion IR

·         Data analysis for reported issues

·         Testing and acceptance for report fixes

·         Update run book

·         Communicate users for any report availability delay and issue resolution

·         Ensure that the support documentation is updated and maintained.

·         Application support during business hours to assist business users in any queries regarding reporting application usage, data related clarification

·         Proactively identifying and solving Problems and Known Errors before Incidents occur

·         Providing status in regards to completion of outstanding issues and problems

·         Perform high level analysis of the Tickets/ system issues and prioritizing based on Business impact

·         Daily status communication

·         Coordinating with offshore for the issue and resolution.

·         Provide status reports
