•  Job Title: UAT LEAD COORDINATOR

•  Phone/Skype

•  Job Type: Contract 6 months+

•  Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

•  No.Openings: 1

 

Required Skills:

The UAT Lead Coordinator will formulate the strategy and plan the UAT for a major client program.  The candidate will interact and coordinate across business teams who perform the UAT. S/he will implement, lead, and manage the UAT strategy and UAT plan.
 
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of a combination of business analysis, testing experience, UAT coordination, and project or program leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a lead role or management position
- Experience coordinating and leading large UAT programs

- Have strong experience in health care
- Have demonstrated the ability to interact and coordinate with business users
- Have demonstrated the ability to think strategically and formulate an appropriate UAT plan

- Have demonstrated the ability to manage across multiple business teams and the stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills that motivate team confidence to achieve and maintain quality in a creative and effective manner on a large program
- Have experience working with cross-functional teams

 

Desired Skills:

- Exposure to SOA-based distributed systems

- Health care testing experience is a big plus

Primary Responsibilities for Position:
- Formulate and coordinate the UAT strategy and plan
- Interact with cross-functional team members, stakeholders, business users, and all areas of the program
- Champion the quality of the application
- Function as a key member of the program management team
