· Four years of experience as a QA Manager in developing and implementing QA processes, writing test Automation frameworks and developing and leading software QA programs and teams.
· Five years of experience working as a Software Test Lead / Software Test Engineer, writing and executing test plans and test cases in highly structured and loosely structured development environments and performing all types of Testing (functional, acceptance, browser compatibility, load, stress, performance); Extensive experience writing and executing automated Testing scripts.
· Experience in writing test harness applications using C#.
· Vast experience in Testing retail domain applications. Worked on various projects for Tier 1 US Retailers like BestBuy, Target Corp, MBE, AKM etc. Extensive experience in Testing Point of Sale Systems.
· Expert at designing test Automation Frameworks from scratch. Test Automation and Automation framework development using Selenium.
· Strong Testing Quality Assurance experience within Agile Environment.
· Managing Testing team, release process and delivering releases to client.
· Mentoring team and building test team. Working with clients on requirement discussions and providing Testing estimations according to the requirements.
· Effectively manage software development and test teams while improving development and Testing processes to efficiently deliver products and services which meet customer expectations
· Experience in Process management (ensure that Testing is performed in a consistent and traceable manner).
· Experience leading offshore and onsite teams.
· Expert in functional Automation Testing and UI Automation Testing using Selenium Webdriver and C#.
