Strong experience producing business analysis artifacts such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, wireframes, test plans and presentations.

 Some experience with Perl, C#/C++ and Sybase databases in order to understand current state systems is ideal

 Experience building out non-functional requirements around system performance and operational support

• Experience working in a matrixed environment and balancing deliverables across multiple workstreams

 some experience working with data level entitlements (e.g., access to client accounts) and firm reference data

* Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills

* Execution and deliverable focused

* Keen attention to detail

* Strong communication and influencing skills

* Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work

Skills Desired

• Understanding of a variety of web technologies (MVC, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, Servlets, Struts, Ajax, JSON, Flex, BlazeDs).

• Understanding noSQL and Object Oriented databases

• Knowledge of the IAM domain

• Experience in working geographically dispersed teams
