SAP DM Experience: 4 to 6 Yrs
Location: Idaho, USA
Job Description: The selected candidate will be working within a highly skilled team of ISU consultants and will supporting a USA based utility company's day to day operations in DM area. The main responsibilities will include daily support activities on meter readings and device related activities like installation, removal replacement etc. Troubleshooting Device management related batch failures. The candidate is expected to be able to operate independently in a very challenging environment with diverse culture.
Skill Set Required
- Strong knowledge of Device management, and service order notifications for multi-service utilities in Electricity and Gas.
- overview of SAP IS-U billing is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of ABAP.
- Utilities industry experience and understanding of device management processes within regulated and municipal utilities
- 4 years working in a SAP Utilities environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills sets
- 3 plus SAP project lifecycles or equivalent SAP support experience
- SAP experience with ECC 6.0, and IS-U.
- Demonstrated experience developing constructive relationships with clients working in a Global Distributed Delivery (GDD) model.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions in a remote environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
