Oracle Platinum Partner Company is looking for JD Edwards E1 Business System Analysts to support JDE Enterprise One applications.
SUMMARY:
Seasoned JDE E-1 Business Analyst with implementation and support experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
The SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS will have minimum 10+ years in JD EDWARDS and core functional expertise in at least 2 or 3 of the below listed modules:-
i. Sales Order Management (SOM)
ii. Advance Pricing
iii. Logistics
iv. Distribution/Warehouse Management
- Work on multiyear IT transformation and JDE Consolidation projects.
- Analysis and Configuration experience in Sales and Distribution modules.
- Understanding of JD Edwards Table structures to create functional designs for reports, conversions and integrations.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing ERP solutions (JD Edwards) in a different environments.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and experience, serving as a systems analyst (Lead), for large-scale ERP system implementations.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC from design to production support.
- Strong customer services skills, organizational management and exceptional communication skills.
- Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental conceptual understanding of project management methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand.
- Demonstrated experience in testing and test planning.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Skills and Requirements:
- JDE experience at least 10 years.
- JDE Modules expertise: (Must have solid Experience in at least 2 of these areas in JDE)
- Sales Order Management (SOM)
- Advance Pricing
- Logistics
- Distribution/Warehouse Management
- Experience in consultative capacity
- Optionally some experience in Project Management, (should be able to manage projects occasionally).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
The Sr. BA role is within IT Business Group and will be focused on the following:
- Majority of the work will be on new projects (ongoing). Remainder of time will be process improvements, assisting IT and end users in day to day activities.
- Planning future systems reengineering and improvements.
- Lead business requirement elicitation and management for finance applications.
- Assess solution risks, propose viable options, & create compelling business cases.
- Documenting business processes
- Accountable to ensure that the solution meets the agreed upon business requirements.
- Configure and guide development of a variety of business applications, especially JDE E1.
- Develop and execute software regression tests to identify potential software bugs.
- Provide data and process analysis using a variety of query tools.
- Drive projects to successful completion.
- Works as a team member to support the implementation of system related initiatives, maintenance, and support for system projects.
- Build long-term relationships with business partners and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Educational Background:
- BS or equivalent in Sales Domain
