POSITION 2) SAP SCM LEAD

POSITION 1

 

Role : Functional SAP OTC Lead

Location : Atlanta, GA

Length : 6 months

Interview : Phone

Requirement:

 

·         Proven 10+ years of SAP deployment/implementation experience

·         Proven experience in managing large teams of 10 + resources onshore and offshore

·         Strong experience in 3-4 large full cycle SAP deployment/implementation as a Team Lead

·         Proven experienced designing or implementing/leading projects in Sales and Distribution

·         Strong management and client facing skills/experience

·         Strong facilitation and problem solving skills

·         Able to adjust amongst different levels (audiences) in the organization

·         Should have deep process, industry, and configuration experience

·         Familiar with CG methodology, Tools and Templates

·         Familiar with accelerators such as Uperform, Solution Manager, Mercury/HPQC, SharePoint, Clarity, etc.

 

·         Proven experience in ALL phases of the project (emphasis on  Deployment)) implementing the following processes for the OTC –

 

·         The SAP Order to Cash Team Lead may assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module focusing on Order to Cash / Pricing.

·         Experience in the configuration of basic functions including partner determination, output determination, text determination, account determination, material substitution, and free goods determination

·         Experience in Cross-Module integration of SD with MM, FI and CO-PA

 

·         SD configuration and specifications development. Main configuration areas include Sales Order management, Pricing, Billing, Output determination, Credit Management, Returns Processing

·         Take action to mitigate risks and seek resolution for functional and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle

·         Demonstrate the SAP Template solution to support business process – FIT/Gap analysis - workshops;

·         Facilitate and run system process workshops independently

·         Perform system configuration in a highly complex country and system landscape

·         Should have strong consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business. The individual will possess expertise in their area of SAP specialization and leverage this knowledge to design and develop client solutions. The individual will understand how actions taken in one area of their competence impact related areas and will understand, establish and manage the scope and quality of the areas of their responsibility. Strong understanding of how SAP integrates across modules and with other IT systems.

·         Experience in Retail industry - Consumer Goods (CPG) would be an added advantage

·         Proven 10+ years of SAP deployment/implementation experience

·         Proven experience in managing large teams of 10 + resources onshore and offshore

·         Strong experience with 3-4 large full cycle SAP deployment/implementation as a Team Lead

·         Proven experienced designing or implementing/leading projects in Forecast and Deploy

·         Should have deep process, industry, and configuration experience.

·         Strong management and client facing skills/experience, Strong facilitation and problem solving skills

·         Able to adjust amongst different levels (audiences) in the organization, Familiar with CG methodology, Tools and Templates

·         Familiar with accelerators such as Uperform, Solution Manager, Mercury/HPQC, SharePoint, Clarity, etc.

 

·         Proven experience in ALL phases of the project (emphasis on Deployment) implementing the following processes for the FTD –

 

·         Clear understanding of integrated purchasing, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation processes that enable comprehensive tactical planning and sourcing decisions

 

·         Take action to mitigate risks and seek resolution for functional and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle

·         Demonstrate the SAP Template solution to support business process – FIT/Gap analysis - workshops;

·         Facilitate and run system process workshops independently

·         Perform system configuration in a highly complex country and system landscape
