Job Description:
Oracle database administration.- Installing, configuring of Oracle server software.- Installation of OS (Linux).- UNIX scripting.- In depth practical knowledge of Installation, Configuration and Cloning of database instances, Upgradation & Implementation on UNIX, Linux platform.- Implementation of Grid Control for high availability.- Conducting Disk space management, user profile creation and user rights management.- Creating & administering of all database objects, including tables, indexes, views, sequences, procedures.- Database tuning, performance monitoring and troubleshooting.- Knowledge of ORACLE Database Administration including Planning/Implementing, Memory Management, Table space Management, File Management, Segment Management, User Management, Resource Management, Password Management. Backup & Recovery Planning & Testing, Performance Tuning using AWR, STATSPACK, ADDM, SQL Advisor etc.- Implementing of backups (hot & cold back-ups) along with disas
Skill and Experience Details:
-->Oracle Apps DBA upgrade(L3)-Ability to performed database and application upgrade with supervision
-->Fusion Administration(L2)-Ability to do 10gAS Installation and configuration with Supervision
-->Oracle Apps DBA consulting(L1)-Knowledge of Real Application Cluster, Load Balancing, Shared tech_stack,Platform migration, performance tuning

Should be able to interact with clients directly Proficient in Cloning, backup and recovery Proficient in Patch Management Database and Application upgrades Ability to install E Business suite in Multi Node environment Ability to install Database in a cluster, RAC, HA Should understand architecture of EBusiness application Should know how to performance tune the database and application Proficient in tools ? OEM, OAM etc.? 10gAS Installation and Administration SOA Suite installation and configuration
