Job Description:
Expertise in developing/leading projects in the PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) & PPM (Product Portfolio Management) applications. Candidate will work closely with the business community to prioritize enhancements, assess new needs, perform systems analysis, design, develop, document and implement enhancements. Candidate will also work closely with the vendors when needed and provide overall support to business sponsored initiatives. In this role you will work/manage projects independently when needed or work as a member of the extended IT team. Full lifecycle experience developing, managing and implementing on PLM/PPM applications is highly preferred. Must be able to quickly and independently learn new technologies and stay ahead of technology trends. In addition, candidate will monitor system activity to ensure data integrity, engage & co-ordinate upgrade of the application software, share/train technical and functional areas of expertise with junior members of the IT application staff as necessary. Candidate will also provide application support and communicate periodically with users on system status, including system changes, problems, enhancements and potential impacts.
