Security Architect

Duration: Long term

RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
Under direction of the Infrastructure Project Manager, the Security Architect is responsible for formulating and executing the end to end federated user security strategy for. The project requires a single sign on (SSO) security model that can be carried across multiple systems including Sharepoint, a custom application tier, and an Oracle EBS R12 tier.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
•    Develop overall federated security model.
•    Determine in scope security products to be used in solution including ADFS, SiteMinder, IdentityMinder, Oracle OID, etc
•    Ensure user authentication is supported at each entry point
•    Validate proper token exchange between systems
•    Write security test plans
•    Coordinate activities with JCI Global Infrastructure team
•    Help to translate Role Based Security requirements into execution plan
•    Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
•    Expertise in federated security models
•    Solid knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
•    Working knowledge of CA SiteMinder and IdentityMinder
•    Experience with SAML token exchange
•    Experience with security integration to Oracle EBS applications
SKILLS AND CREDENTIALS:
•    Good business understanding

•    Ability to work with minimal supervision; takes the initiative
•    Organization skills
•    Works effectively within a team environment

The Bank Resource Management (BRM) is responsible for the management of financial resources within institutional Sales & Trading and is positioned at the core of transaction flows to ensure proper and consistent allocation and pricing of resources across market facing businesses. BRM Technology, a completely business aligned technology group, is responsible for all technology initiatives within BRM that encompass functions right from funding to liquidity. These include systems that do Counterparty Portfolio Management for OTC Derivatives, Prime Brokerage Risk and Margin functions, Repo & Stock Loan Sales & Trading, the firms mission critical Regulatory Reporting & Calculation systems and a number of cross functional groups like Collateral Optimization and Funding Optimization.

Collateral and Segregation management (CASM) is a set of applications which handle the possession and control area of Settlements. These applications employ multiple technologies to guarantee protection of customer assets as per regulatory guidelines, while also ensuring available collateral is selected for utilization in a mathematically optimal fashion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, able to multi-task, familiar with multiple technologies, particularly Java, and be interested in working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Skills Required

2-5 years of Java experience (Java 1.6 preferred)

Spring 3.0

Multi threaded programming

Need to demonstrate in-depth understanding of OO principles and design patterns.

Good knowledge of relational database concepts (Sybase preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills. Need to interact with business and operations.

Skills Desired

JAXB 2

Apache CXF

Electric commander (Or any other continuous build tool)

Experience with real time systems

Prior experience of financing / settlements a plus
