A few very important things to keep in mind specific to this opening:

 

1) This is a 70% Functional role and 30% Technical role ... Communication needs to be exceptional.  Consultant will be working with a wide variety of teams. 

 

Position: Oracle HRMS Functional/Technical Consultant

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 3 months (Good possibility of extending to 6 months)

 

Job Description:

 

Need to have thorough experience working with Oracle HRMS details (i.e. employee, employee transfers, organizational structures, and hierarchy data).  Will be required to work with an implementation team to map, design and build interfaces of these data sets to third party Warehouse Management system.  Will also require configuration in order to capture more data in the EBS instance to be provided in the interfaces.  AIM experience (MD.050, BR.100, MD.070 etc.) as well as the normal SDLC experience required.

Additional skills:

• Oracle 11.5.10 applications
• Oracle Forms Reports Developer 6.0
• SQL & PL/SQL
• Oracle Flex field Table configuration experience
• Redprarie or other 3rd party Warehouse Management tools.
• HRMS PTO/Accrual configuration experience
