{SAP JOBS USA:108044} Need::Testing Manager for CA!!

Location               :               Burbank, CA

Duration              :               12+ Months

 

Requirements :

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Customize Testing strategy/approach for impacted systems

· Customize test strategy document and a test approach

· Create test plan which includes pre-parallel testing, functional/regression testing, UAT, integration and parallel testing

· Coordinate and manage all test activities for all applicable systems

 

Services:

 

· Provide Testing Lead Services in support of the ESI Program Initiatives, by being responsible for developing and coordinating agreed upon deliverables

· For the ESI Program, complete MRLS deliverables as directed by the Project Executive & Project Manager in support of MIS's Software Development Life Cycle ("SDLC") methodology ("Master and Testing Work Plans"). Coordinate with Project Sponsors, Stakeholders and Management, as well as with the Time Warner leadership to provide Change Management services in support of the project, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are completed in accordance with the scheduled go-live(s)

· Provide estimates and actual performance from the Testing area for related work activities, tasks and deliverables

· Provide initial and ongoing status on risks, issues and action items as they pertain to Testing activities

· Provide support to Test Lead during defect status meetings and ensure defects metrics are delivered and resolved

· Participate in project status and conglomerate team meetings

· Collaborate with the Project Manager, Director and Client Relationship Manager to explore, document, prioritize and resolve the issues discovered through incident reporting or design gap analysis including the resolution of issues across teams; evaluating risk and escalating to senior management as required

· Support the analysis, development and maintenance of project metrics, scorecards, dashboards and status reports, ensuring deadlines are met and reports are completed and distributed as appropriate

· Create and maintain the detailed Testing work plan and deliverable listing to support project master plan schedule (as a component of the ESI Integrated work plan)

· Provide Issue Management services for Test components

· Test Approach Documents (Workbrain, ADP, IPA, & Workday)

· Create Integration Test Plans (Workbrain, ADP, IPA, & Workday)

· Create Test Plans (Workbrain, ADP, IPA, & Workday):

o Functional

o UAT

o Parallel

o Integration

o Pre-Parallel

· HR/Payroll Test Coordination

· List of Open Defects w/ Workarounds

· Parallel Test Results (Includes Comparison to WPR Results)

 

Requirements:

 

· Minimum 4 year degree or relevant work experience required

· Candidates with valid test methodological certifications will be give special consideration

· 5 years HR/Payroll experience

· 5 years developing and executing on HR/Payroll projects testing experience

· Candidate needs to be polished, able to communicate succinctly, present various change/training concepts to project management, and influence all levels of the team & user community in an amicable fashion

· Exceptional verbal & written communication skills when interacting with senior leadership or at any level in the organization

· Candidate should be very organized and able to multi-task multiple testing efforts

· Candidate should be able to lead resources through all testing tasks
