Requirements :
Key Skills & Experience include:
- 3+ years experience with application development(Java) to best understand and convey the value of the service to the application teams
- 2+ years experience in creating as well as maintaining Ant build scripts
- Experience with Fortify scan processes and understanding of how to integrate into an automated solution that s available on-demand
- Experience with Anthill Pro and automation configurations Working knowledge of Maven/Nexus
- Proven ability to manage and direct virtual teams
- Technical knowledge and experience to support the current Framework Tools, automation activities and planning. This includes experience in Application Lifecycle Management Automation tools and integration using one or more of the following tools: Anthill Pro, CVSNT, Subversion, Jira, Quality Center, TFS and Fortify Demonstrated track record of taking manually built / deployed applications and working with the application development teams to streamline, optimize and automate their build/deploy methods using the automation tools above
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Beanshell scripting Investment Banking / Wholesale / Brokerage technical experience
- Strategic thinker and the proven ability to execute (ability to think strategically and lead matrix team and partners to implement and deliver)
- Proven results in delivery against commitments Proven relationship management skills
