Title: Data Warehouse Business Analyst
Location: Franklin, TN
Duration: 6 month contract
MUST:
· 8 years of experience as an IT business analyst within a data warehouse environment creating product specification documents, business requirement documents, and functional requirement documents
· 5 years of experience as an IT business analyst within a healthcare environment
· Advanced skills in MS Word, Visio, and Excel
· Moderate sills in writing SQL queries to analyze data and identify gaps and deficiencies
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· The BA candidate must have advanced knowledge of data warehousing concepts as well as advanced knowledge of medical claims, membership, and provider data.

· The Data Warehouse Business Analyst is responsible for leading meetings and interviews to identify data and reporting needs; creating report mock-ups; documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements for reporting and analysis applications; conveying requirements to IT development staff; ensuring that technical designs satisfy business requirements; developing user acceptance test criteria; and guiding user acceptance testing.
