-          Strong hands-on Core Java. JAVA SE and Java EE development experience (hands on coding)

-          Strong hands-on experience on J2EE Frame work.

-          Experience in ADF (Oracle Application Development Framework)

-          Experience in Webcenter

-          Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and design concepts

-          Strong Communication Skills

-          Good people and communication skills
