Position: Oracle Apps SCM with Project Accounting.
Duration: 9+ Months
Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Description Of Services:

The contractor will be leading the functional activities around Project Accounting modules during the R12 upgrade project

• This includes activities like:
• AS-IS Process understanding
• Boot Camp for the client on delta features
• Impact Analysis of business processes due to the upgrade
• Performing Post Go Live Support
• Issue Resolution during test cycles
• Conduct CRP test cycles
• Complete required documentation
• Test custom technical objects in Projects Accounting module that the technical team puts out.
• Assist technical team with functional spec details if and when needed to work on Project Accounting custom objects.

 Deliverables: For Oracle Project Accounting:

- Current Business Process Flows in Projects Accounting
- Impacted Business Flows Projects Accounting
- Changes needed in the R12 business flows Projects Accounting
- Boot Camp slides on R12 Delta features Projects Accounting
- Pre-upgrade, Inline Upgrade and Post Upgrade steps in Projects Accounting
- Test Cases and Issue Resolution details in Projects Accounting
- Functional Configuration during the upgrade and required documentation
- Post Upgrade Support
 
Acceptance Criteria:
Completed in time as per the project plan and to quality up to PM's satisfaction
 
Other:
Oracle Project Accounting in 11i and R12
R12 Upgrade process knowledge
