Project Location	Chicago, IL
Duration	7 months /Contract

 
Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Phone Hire only 1. Very high levels of proficiency in resolving SD issues and tickets. 2. Lead the AMS team. 3. Coordinate the ticket resolution process between onsite/offshore. 4. Good understanding of the Pharma OTC process. 5. Ability to understand custom code and functionality. 6. Would be responsible for generating monthly SLA reports and operational reports. 7. Please make sure the person is working in SD as well lead the AMS teams Onsite & Offshore
