Resource Role: Platform Engineer 
Resource Primary Skill: Citrix Engineer 
Duration:  6+ Months

Location:  Auburn Hills, MI

Specific Requirements:

• Provide Support for Windows Systems including OS, Hardware, Patching Levels and Design recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership in Citrix, XenServer, Xen applications Services.
• Analyze vendor services, proposals and products, assess risks and recommend enhancements or alternatives.
• Select products and services that support the architectural direction of Comerica and leverage existing infrastructure investments.
• Must be able to communicate comfortably to Management and clients, understand and react to the urgency of their work.
• Engineers are responsible for third level production support on a 24x7 basis. They are responsibly for carrying a pager on a 24x7 basis.
• Bachelors Degree and 5 years of technical experience or 9 years technology experience.
• 5 of Microsoft Exchange Experience Support experience
• 5 years of Microsoft Server installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting experience.
• 3 years of project experience on medium projects comprised of multiple technical areas (network, operations, security, audit, application support)
• 4 years of active directory experience
• 4 years of Mail Marshal Experience.
