Position : Sr. Business Analyst

Location : NYC

Duration : 8 Months

 

The Requirements Data Analyst will act as a Systems/Data Analyst and Specification Writer, working with Business and Technology groups globally.

•      This position requires strong knowledge of financial instruments (Equities, Derivatives, etc.) and experience with data querying and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, etc).

•       This is not a management position.

 

 REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

 

•       Knowledge of financial instruments (Equities, Derivatives, OTC, etc.) is required. The candidate should have good knowledge of such instrument trading and settlement processes.

•       SQL query writing skills, to support data analyses is required.

•       Experience (minimum 1 year) in Business Process Analysis, Requirements Definition and Change Management techniques and tools.

•       Strong listening and situation analysis.

•       Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.

•       Strong oral/written communication skills.
