Title: System Analyst 3 (Systems Administrator)
Position Type: Contract
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Required Skills:

·         •Requires 3-5 years of Notes/Domino administration with version 6x or higher.

·         •Prefer Lotus CLP certification

·         •Prefer College degree

 

Work Description:

·         50% Tier 3 Incident Management for Lotus Notes, Domino and BlackBerry. Includes end user trouble tickets and service requests, electronic monitoring alerts for servers, monitoring of system admin mailboxes and Remedy queues.

·         20% Problem Management including root cause analysis and problem resolution, work with external vendors on open cases.

·         20% Special tasks and projects (eg. software upgrades and installation, continuous improvement, documentation).

·         10% ongoing training required by Unisys or the customer.
