Senior Web Developer.

Location: FL

Duration: 6 months

 

Looking for an experienced web developer. This individual will be a member of the team responsible for back-end tools required to support the CLIENT public website as well as the company intranet and extranet environments. They will be working with various tools including but not limited to: Visual Basic, .net, Product Information Management, Web Content Management, Java Scripting, IIS, and SharePoint.

 

Job Description:

•Design, development and ongoing maintenance of various web related applications.

•Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

•Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems to meet user requirements.

•Provide support to end users for general usage of the applications and in developing and implementing solutions for on-going business needs.

•Provide periodic on-call support for business critical applications.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

•BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, or related field

•Minimum 5 years in the web development field

•Excellence in communication skills, problem solving ability, and organization

•Ability to thrive in both individual assignments and team work

 

Helpful Qualifications (nice to have, but not mandatory for applying):

•Experience or knowledge of MS SharePoint, Product Information and Web Content Mgmt Tools
