Position: Lead Architect

Location: Detroit MI

Duration: 12+months

 

MUST HAVE : WebLogic 10.x,Web 2.0 frameworks and technologies,E-Business Architecture

 

Job Duties:                  

The Lead Architect will take the requirements and develop well-formulated models of the components of the solution, augmenting the models as necessary to fit all of the circumstances.

Create 4+1/layered views to communicate the architecture effectively and efficiently.

Design and develop architectural prototypes.

The successful candidate must have multiple years of actual end to end implementation experience of said architectures.

 

Required Skills:

 

1. Real world experience in creating and implementing secure, scalable, reliable architectures that conform to specifications and standards.

2. Hands on implementation experience in using AJAX, J2EE Web Technologies.

3. Working Knowledge of Flex UI, GWT (Google widget tool kit), Java FX.

4. Creation of Architectural Models using UML.

5. Web 2.0 user interface design.

6. Strong analytical skills and ability to estimate development effort.

7. Well-versed in SOA concepts.

8. Proficient in Java / J2EE development using design patterns; High & Low level design experience.

9. Weblogic, Oracle, Struts, JSF, SOAP Web services experience.

10. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.

11. Experience with Struts, JSF, Spring MVC.

12. Expert level understanding of software development Methodologies and concepts (incremental, agile, scrum, patterns, services, object-orientation, etc) and their applicability.

13. Experience in the development of complex software systems and products through multiple release cycles. Other

 

Qualifications:. 1. Auto/Manufacturing Industry a big plus. 2. Experience in performance tuning and configuration of WebLogic 10.x. 3. Experience in Web 2.0 frameworks and technologies. 4. E-Business Architecture 5. Internalization and  Localization 6. Ecommerce  Integration 7. Web 2.0 Integration
