Job Requisition Name: HC - Technician - HW/SW (Phildelphia, PA)
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: Long term contract until 4 years
Required Skills:
· Laptop and desktop knowledge a must.
· HP and Dell certs a must.
· The ability to work with others and flexibility to be a member of the team, able to understand and follow process flows.
· A strong resource who can add value to a process or procedure and the ability to work independently.
· Some lifting and moving of equipment required, carts and hand trucks are available.
· Able to work well with end users.
· Background in desk side support and capable of getting up to speed in a high pressure environment.
Additional Information:
Contract expected to last 4 years (until 2015)
