Title: System Analyst 2 (Domino Developer)
Position Type: Contract
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 1 year contract

 

 

Required Skills:

•         Requires 5+ years of Notes/Domino development with version 6x or higher.

•         LotusScript, Java, Javascript, formula language

 

Desired Skills:

•         Prefer Lotus CLP certification

•         Prefer College degree

 

Daily Work Description

•         10% Tier 3 Incident Management for Lotus Notes, Domino and BlackBerry. Includes end user trouble tickets and service requests, electronic monitoring alerts for servers, monitoring of system admin mailboxes and Remedy queues.

•         20% Problem Management including root cause analysis and problem resolution, work with external vendors on open cases.

•         60% Special tasks and projects (eg. System interface for account administration, support of Exchange migration).

•         10% ongoing training required by Unisys or the customer.
